Ingredients
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup yuzu juice
- 8 cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup water
- 1.5 lb sugar
Method
- 1Combine the vodka, yuzu, cloves and cinnamon and refrigerate 48 hours, shaking daily. Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water and cool, blend it into the infused vodka and refrigerate three more days.
