Ingredients
- 1 liter vodka
- 32 g jasmine green tea
- 16 oz whole milk
- 2 dashes 15% citric acid solution
Method
- 1Steep the tea in the vodka for 45 minutes and strain. Heat the milk to just below a boil, add it to the vodka and rest fifteen minutes. Add the citric acid, stir gently until it curdles and strain through a coffee filter until clear.
