Ingredients
- 8 oz almond milk
- 225 g demerara sugar
- 225 g white sugar
- Pinch of smoked sea salt
- 0.75 oz amaretto
- 0.25 oz Cognac, heaping
- 1 barspoon rose water
Method
- 1Warm the almond milk to a low simmer without boiling and dissolve the sugars and salt. Off the heat, stir in the amaretto, Cognac and rose water. Cool and bottle.
