Ingredients
- 10 oz blanco tequila
- 8 oz rehydrated toasted coconut milk
- 5 oz chilled chicory coffee
- 5 oz fennel cardamom syrup
- 3.75 oz lime juice
- 1 ml rose water
Method
- 1Combine everything but the coconut milk, then add it to the coconut milk and let it curdle about ten minutes. Strain twice through a moistened linen towel or micron bag. Bottle and keep at room temperature. Pour 3 oz per drink.
