Ingredients
- 1 liter vodka
- 350 g pitted Manzanilla olives
- 35 g pickled green peppercorns
Method
- 1Pulse the olives three times to rough-chop. Combine with the peppercorns and vodka and refrigerate ten to fourteen days. Strain through a chinois, freeze four to six hours and strain again through a coffee filter.
