Ingredients
- 200 ml rich simple syrup (2:1)
- 250 ml lime juice
- 100 ml ginger juice
- 125 ml egg white
- 225 ml citrus soda
- 1 g xanthan gum
Method
- 1Mix everything, pour into an iSi siphon and charge with one N2O cartridge. Refrigerate at least six hours before using.
