Ingredients
- 6 oz mezcal
- 6 oz sweet vermouth
- 3 oz Ramazzotti
- 1.5 oz alpine amaro
- 1 oz sarsaparilla syrup
- 1 oz root beer bitters
- 6 dashes saline solution
- 12 dashes acid phosphate
- 7.25 oz water
- Foam powder, 1% of the batch weight
Method
- 1Combine and weigh, then add the foam powder. Pour into an iSi canister, charge with two N2O chargers and chill.
