Ingredients
- 4 quarts yogurt blend, equal parts whole-milk yogurt and plain kefir
- 12.75 oz Jamaican rum
- 6.38 oz acid-adjusted pineapple juice
- 4.25 oz unaged rum
- 4.25 oz lime juice
Method
- 1Stir everything together and rest eight hours somewhere cool. Strain twice through two rinsed coffee filters. Serve 3 oz per drink, chilled.
