Ingredients
- 1.5 kg cane sugar
- 1 liter water
- 850 g mango purée
- 2 bottles (12 oz each) Mexican Coca-Cola
- 100 g sliced ginger
- 1.5 tsp kosher salt
Method
- 1Bring everything to a low simmer, take off the heat and infuse four to six hours. Strain through a chinois.
