- 61 g citric acid
- 5 g malic acid
- 1 g lactic acid
- 0.2 g tartaric acid
- 6 g sugar
- 4 g salt
- 1 g blue spirulina
- 3.5 g gum arabic
Method
- 1Blend the water with the acids, sugar and salt for thirty to forty-five seconds. On medium-low, slowly add the spirulina and gum arabic until dissolved.
