- 750 ml rye whiskey
- 15 g unsalted butter
Method
- 1Brown the butter over medium heat until amber with toasted milk solids. Combine with the rye, seal and rest one hour at room temperature. Freeze about two hours until the butter sets, then strain through cheesecloth.
