- 750 ml blanco tequila
- 2 poblano peppers
Method
- 1Char the peppers until blistered, two to three minutes a side on a grill or about twenty minutes at 400°F. Peel, add the flesh of one pepper to the tequila and steep thirty minutes, tasting often. Strain through cheesecloth.
