Ingredients
- 6 eggs, separated
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Grated nutmeg and cinnamon, to taste
Method
- 1Beat the yolks with the sugar, vanilla and salt until the sugar dissolves, then beat in the milk and cream. Whip the whites and fold them in. Season with nutmeg and cinnamon.
