Ingredients
- 500 ml water
- 920 g cane sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 4 pandan leaves, cut in pieces
- 2 banana peels, chopped
- 1 orange peel, chopped
- 1 oz vodka
Method
- 1Dissolve the sugar and salt in the water and pour over the pandan and peels. Refrigerate 24 hours, strain through cheesecloth and add the vodka.
