Ingredients
- 400 g simple syrup
- 320 g water
- 76 g lemon juice
- 22.5 g orris root
- 16 g angelica root
- 16 g citric acid
- 15 g dried pine buds
- 2 pine needle tea bags
Method
- 1Vacuum-seal and sous vide at 149°F for three hours (or hold at a bare simmer for three hours). Strain through a coffee filter.
