Ingredients
- 750 ml mezcal
- 1 small red beet
- 375 ml oro blanco or grapefruit juice
Method
- 1Bake the beet in half an inch of water at 375°F for thirty minutes and cool. Blend it with the mezcal, strain through a tea strainer, then stir in the juice.
