- 125 g each lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit peel
- 500 g white sugar
- 500 g water
Method
- 1Macerate the peels in the sugar, add the water and stir to dissolve. Cover and rest out of the sun, stirring daily, seven to ten days. Strain.
