Ingredients
- 1 liter tequila
- 100 g cilantro
- 100 g jalapeño, sliced and seeded
- 3 dried piri piri peppers
Method
- 1Sous vide the tequila and cilantro at 125°F for one hour, add the jalapeño for 45 minutes more, then the piri piri for fifteen. Fine-strain and filter.
