Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) lychees in syrup
- Pectinex, 0.5% of the purée's weight
- Citric acid, 1.5% of the weight
- Tartaric acid, 0.75% of the weight
Method
- 1Blend the whole can. Weigh, add the Pectinex and rest fifteen minutes. Strain through a coffee filter until clear, reweigh and stir in the acids.
