- 0.25 cup cold water
- 1 packet powdered gelatin
- 2 cups hot whole milk
- 0.33 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp almond extract
Method
- 1Bloom the gelatin in the cold water. Stir in the hot milk, sugar and almond extract and refrigerate at least four hours until set.
