Ingredients
- 375 ml toasted coconut syrup
- 250 ml mango purée
- 500 ml pineapple juice
- 500 ml white rum
- 375 ml aged rum
- 500 ml whole milk
- 162.5 ml lime juice
Method
- 1Combine everything but the milk. Slowly pour the mix into the milk, stir gently and refrigerate overnight. Filter gently through a coffee filter without breaking the curds.
