Name: Absinthe Drip
Ingredients: 1.5 oz Absinthe; 1 Sugar cube; 2 oz Chilled water

Method · Built

Pour the absinthe into the glass. Rest the sugar cube on a slotted spoon over the glass and slowly drip the chilled water over it until the absinthe turns cloudy. Add ice and stir.
