Ingredients: 1 Ripe peach, skinned and diced; 1.5 oz Rose liqueur; 0.5 oz Lemon juice; 0.25 oz Rich simple syrup; Top Champagne

Liqueur Shaken Floral Fruity Refreshing Spring Rose Peach Champagne

Method · Shaken

Muddle the peach in a shaker. Add the liqueur, lemon and syrup, shake with ice and fine strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with Champagne and stir briefly.
