Ingredients: 2 oz Aguardiente; 0.5 oz Lime juice; 0.5 oz Raw honey; 1.75 oz Water

Method · Built

Stir the honey, water and lime together and coat the inside of a clay cup or rocks glass with it. Add cracked ice and the aguardiente, then stir hard from the bottom up.
