Ingredients: 2 oz Black rum; 0.75 oz Lime juice; 1 oz Ginger syrup; Top Soda water

Method · Shaken

Whip-shake the rum, lime and ginger syrup with a few pieces of crushed ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball and top with soda. Serve with a straw.
