Ingredients: Half Lime, cut into wedges; 2 oz Vodka; 1 bsp Honey; 2 tsp Demerara syrup

Method · Built

Muddle the lime in a double rocks glass. Add the vodka and honey and stir until the honey dissolves. Add the syrup, fill with crushed ice and stir.
