Ingredients: 1 oz Overproof Jamaican rum; 1 oz Aperol; 1 oz Lime juice; 0.5 oz Orgeat; 0.5 oz Orange curaçao; 1 bottle Underberg, to float

Rum Shaken Tropical Bitter Citrus Aperol Orgeat Underberg Tiki

Method · Shaken

Dry-shake everything but the Underberg, add a few small cubes and shake until they melt. Pour into a chilled rocks glass, top with crushed ice and upend the opened Underberg into the ice. Garnish.

Garnish: Mint sprig, lime wedge, grated nutmeg and a cocktail umbrella
