Ingredients: 4 oz Hot coffee; 1.75 oz Irish whiskey; 1 tsp Sugar; 1.75 oz Heavy cream (chilled, lightly whipped)

Method · Built

Pour the hot coffee into a warmed glass. Add the whiskey and sugar and stir until dissolved. Float the cream on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon; don't stir.
