Name: Morning Glory Fizz
Ingredients: 2 oz Single malt Scotch; 0.5 tsp Absinthe; 0.75 oz Lemon juice; 2 tsp Lime juice; 0.5 oz Rich simple syrup; 0.75 oz Egg white; Top Soda water

Scotch Shaken Citrus Creamy Refreshing Absinthe Egg White Collins/Fizz

Method · Shaken

Shake with ice, strain the liquid back into the shaker and dry shake without ice. Pour into a chilled highball while adding soda, let it settle, then top up.

Glass: Highball
