Ingredients: 2 oz Pisco; 0.5 oz Lemon juice; 0.5 oz Lime juice; 0.75 oz Simple syrup; 1 Egg white

Dry shake, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe and dot the foam with the bitters.
