Ingredients: 2 oz Gin; 0.5 oz Lemon juice; 0.5 oz Lime juice; 1 oz Simple syrup; 1 oz Heavy cream; 1 Egg white; 6 drops Orange flower water; 2 oz Soda water

Method · Shaken

Dry shake everything but the soda. Add ice and shake hard until the tin is very cold. Double strain into a highball, let it rest for 30 seconds, then slowly top with the soda. Serve with a straw.
