Combine everything in a pressure-safe bottle with a carbonation cap, purge the air and chill in the freezer for half an hour (or overnight in the fridge). Carbonate with carbon dioxide at about forty-five psi, shake, release slowly and repeat two or three times. Pour over fresh ice and garnish.
