Ingredients: 4 oz Blended Scotch; 4 oz Boiling water; 1 bsp Sugar

Method · Built

Warm two metal tankards and the whisky. Light the whisky and pour it back and forth between the tankards with the boiling water, then extinguish and pour into warmed glasses. Sweeten with the sugar. Flaming drink: practice with water first and keep a fire extinguisher nearby.
