Ingredients: 0.75 oz Calamansi liqueur; 0.5 oz Gentian liqueur; 4 oz Ginger beer (or 3 oz soda and 1 oz tonic)

Method · Built

Add the liqueurs to a highball, fill with ice and stir about ten turns. Top with ginger beer, then lift the ice gently and stir a couple of times.

Glass: Highball
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Fresh mint, lime wedge and grapefruit twist
