Ingredients: 6 Mint sprigs; 0.75 oz Lime juice; 0.75 oz Simple syrup; 2 oz Gin; 0.25 oz Pastis

Method · Shaken

Muddle the mint with the lime and syrup in a shaker. Add the gin, pastis and ice, shake and fine strain into a chilled coupe.
