Method · Stirred
Stir the gin, half-ounce of vermouth and bitters with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Express the lemon peel over the top. For the sidecar, tip the leftover ice into a small glass, add the remaining vermouth, top with mineral water and drop in the lemon peel.
