Ingredients: 1 oz Aged Puerto Rican rum; 0.75 oz Bonded rye whiskey; 0.5 oz Lime juice; 0.5 oz Lemon juice; 0.5 oz Simple syrup; 0.25 oz Amaro; 1 Egg white; Red wine (tempranillo), to float; 2 dashes Orange bitters

Method · Shaken

Dry shake everything but the wine and bitters, then shake again with ice. Strain over fresh ice, float the red wine on top and finish with the bitters.
