Ingredients: 0.5 Peach, pitted and chopped; 3 oz Orange juice; 0.5 oz Lemon juice; 1 oz Sweetened coconut cream; 0.25 oz Peach liqueur; 2 oz Aged rum (lightly aged blend); 12 oz Crushed ice

Method · Blended

Muddle the peach with the juices in a mixing tin. Add the coconut cream, liqueur, rum and ice and flash blend. Double strain into a double rocks or pilsner glass filled with cracked ice.

Garnish: Grated nutmeg and a peach wedge
