Ingredients: 1.25 oz Single malt Scotch; 0.75 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry; 0.5 tsp Pastis (rinse)

Method · Stirred

Stir the Scotch and sherry with ice. Rinse a chilled Nick & Nora glass with pastis, discard the excess and strain the drink in.
