Spanish Coffee

Rub the rim of a tempered glass with the lemon and dip it in sugar. Add the rum and orange liqueur, carefully light it and turn the glass slowly until the sugar caramelizes. Add the coffee liqueur to put out the flame, top with hot coffee and float the cream over the back of a spoon.
