Ingredients: 1 oz Calvados; 0.5 oz Pommeau; 0.25 oz Plum spirit; 0.25 oz Gentian aperitif; 3 dashes Tropique bitters; 1 dash Cucumber bitters; 1 dash Fleur de sel saline; Cucumber tonic water, to top

Brandy Built Refreshing Bitter Fruity Pommeau Cucumber Tonic Collins/Fizz

Method · Built

Stir the first six ingredients together and pour over a large spear of ice. Top carefully with tonic and lift gently with a barspoon to combine.
