Ingredients: 1 oz Haitian rum; 1 oz Amontillado sherry; 0.25 oz Velvet falernum; 0.75 oz Lime juice; 0.75 oz Ginger syrup (2:3); 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Method · Swizzled

Shake everything but the bitters with a few pieces of crushed ice, just to combine. Strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice and swizzle until cold. Dash the bitters on top and swizzle them into the top of the drink. Serve with a straw.
