Name: Gin Sour
Ingredients: 2 oz Old Tom gin; 1 oz Lemon juice; 0.5 oz Rich simple syrup; 0.5 oz Egg white (optional); 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Gin Shaken Citrus Creamy Egg White Sours

Method · Shaken

Shake with ice, strain the liquid back into the shaker and dry shake without ice. Fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
