Ingredients: 1 heaped barspoon Strawberry jam; 1.75 oz Cognac; 0.75 oz Red wine (Pinot Noir); 0.5 oz Lemon juice; 1 tsp Rich simple syrup; 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method · Shaken

Stir the jam into the cognac in a shaker until it dissolves. Add the rest, shake with ice and fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
